Frequently asked questions
The short version: your missionary keeps writing home the way they always do — and their mission quietly becomes a book your family keeps forever. The details:
Does my missionary have to log in or install an app?
No — they never log in. They simply add their archive's private email address to the weekly note they already send home, and everything else happens automatically.
How does it actually work?
Each missionary gets private “listener” email addresses. When a letter is sent to one, we summarize it and file it by week — pulling out the people, places, and tender mercies. Over the mission, it all becomes a complete biography.
How much does it cost?
A one-time $49 setup fee that includes your first 90 days, then $19 per month while the mission is being preserved. The finished keepsake book is separate, in three editions — Essential ($149), Legacy ($349), and Heirloom ($599) — you choose when you order. (Free during our current beta.)
What are the book options?
Three editions of the same true biography, differing in finish and presentation: Essential ($149), Legacy ($349), and Heirloom ($599). You pick the edition when you order, and you can order as many copies as your family wants.
Is our information private?
Yes. Your archive is private to your family, never shared with other customers, and never sold. Even our own team can only see account information like counts — never the content of your letters, journals, or photos.
Can the whole family take part?
Absolutely. Invite grandparents, siblings, and friends. Each person gets their own way to read along and write to the missionary, with replies coming straight back to their own inbox.
What if my missionary can't use a phone?
That's fine. A family member can simply forward or BCC the missionary's letters to the archive address — no device is needed on their end.
Does the AI make things up?
No. Every line of the book is grounded in what was actually written. A built-in fact-checker removes anything the source material doesn't support, and you review and approve the book before it's ever printed.
What do we get at the end?
A beautifully composed mission biography — the story of where they served, who they loved, what they learned, and who they became — ready to read and to print as a keepsake book.
Can we add photos?
Yes. Photos arrive automatically from emails, and you can upload your own or pull them from your library to weave into the story.
What about voice journals?
Your missionary can email a voice memo to their journal address; we transcribe it and send it back for a one-tap approval before anything is saved.
Does it work for senior couples and service missionaries?
Yes. Each archive is set to the right kind of mission — young missionary or senior couple — with its own dashboard and book structure.
Can we export or delete our archive?
Yes — you're in control of your data. Contact us any time to export or delete your archive.
